Ensure correct and timely customer service by analysing the nature of enquiries and taking appropriate action involving the relevant business areas to ensure an appropriate level of customer satisfaction in line with expected standards. Manage the spare parts non-conformity complaint process from customers and branches, involving the business areas concerned from time to time and monitoring the number, nature and outcome of complaints. Monitor the overall performance of the spares function by customer and geographical area in terms of volumes, service levels, backlogs, order processing times and attention to invoice payment terms, highlighting potential problems and proposing corrective action. What You Need to Be Successful: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, law or languages Knowledge of contracts 1-2 years' experience in a similar position with a focus on customer care is welcome Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and a second language (French, Spanish or Chinese) SAP knowledge a plus Strong communication skills are essential Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
