ROLE The Sales Associate, reporting directly to the store management team, will serve as a Brand Ambassador, guiding and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage relationships with an international clientele, providing product details and information about PVH Italy's values. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet set objectives. Promote the company's culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador. Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment. Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards. Verify stock on sales floor, replacing items as necessary to ensure the full range of products and sizes is available. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a retail role. Dynamic and strong operational and organizational skills. Excellent presentation and appearance. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
