Application Development Release Management Senior Analyst Position Overview: The Digital Release Management team is looking for an ambitious new team member to assist the team with digital organizations path to production. The primary responsibilities of the Digital Release Management team include facilitating release activities for over 60 scrum teams, ensuring compliance with change management rules and best practices. A significant portion of our work involves extensive communication with both the scrum teams and change management to gather comprehensive details about what is going into production. After securing approval from change management, we ensure that all necessary personnel are available during the release window, monitor alerts, and perform checkouts to close the change tickets within the designated timeframe. Roles & Responsibilities: Managing, planning, and negotiating release activities Liaison with offshore developers, prod support and hosting resources Responsible for creating, executing and completion of all non productio tickets Maintain status of jira stories/defects prior to the sprint release Obtain technical, business and regression sign off from deliver teams during the production window Send communication to proper stakeholders when release is complete with notes of any fall out or prod issues that may be present in production.
