Job Title Demand Planning Manager / SIOP Reports To VP Logistics/Supply Chain Location: Mouguerre, France Business Unit Description P&R Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Supply Chain Department as a Demand Planning Manager / SIOP. In this role, you will lead the implementation and facilitation of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP or S&OP) process. Utilizing our global scheduling software, Kinaxis, you will develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, customer insights, and sales input. Your goal will be to align sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans with customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain SIOP calendars, meeting schedules, and process documentation. Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to review and analyze demand and supply data, identify gaps or risks, and maintain cross-functional action plans (RAILs) to address them. Foster collaboration with Sales and Marketing to gather and analyze demand forecasts. Adjust forecasts based on changes in market conditions, promotions, and product lifecycle. Ensure effective inventory management practices through our Oracle/Kinaxis ERP systems, including safety stock optimization, EO avoidance strategies with Finance, Sales, and Marketing, and fulfillment of SLA requirements on time and in full (OTIF). Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turns and reduce working capital. Coordinate with Operations and Manufacturing to ensure production plans are aligned with forecasted demand and schedule adherence targets. Support resolution of supplier constraints and capacity issues to maintain on-time, in-full delivery performance. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SIOP, such as AWLT forecast accuracy, stock turns, backorder levels, SLA adherence, and lead times. Prepare and present SIOP reports and dashboards to senior management. Serve as the subject matter expert for SIOP-related activities, providing communication, training, and guidance on SIOP principles, tools, and methodologies. Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure alignment on SIOP objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data visibility and accuracy. Stay updated on new technologies and systems to support SIOP effectiveness and efficiency. Key Accountabilities: Foster collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistency and lean standardization of SIOP processes, tools, and best practices. Engage senior leadership in sponsoring the SIOP function, prepare and present SIOP reports and dashboards, and act as the subject matter expert for knowledge-sharing sessions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning systems and processes. Act as a continuous improvement change agent, utilizing Enovis EGX lean enterprise methodologies and best practice manufacturing principles. Promote a culture of high performance and 'Right first time' within the site teams. Coordinate with Global Operations to ensure alignment with strategy. Qualifications Master's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain 8 years of experience in a matrix organization within a multinational environment Expert in SIOP processes APICS certification Lean certification is a plus Strong project management skills and solid analytical abilities, data-driven, with effective communication skills Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with Oracle/SAP or similar ERP systems POWERBI Experience with planning systems (Kinaxis) English proficiency (C1 level) Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of diplomacy (negotiation, influence) Au sein de la Direction Supply Chain : Dans le cadre de l’évolution de l’organisation, nous recherchons un(e) Demand planning Manager / SIOP . Rattaché(e) au VP, Logistics/Supply Chain, vous interviendrez dans le cadre des missions suivantes : Collecter, consolider et analyser les données commerciales et marketing pour établir des prévisions de ventes précises à court, moyen et long terme. Utiliser des modèles statistiques avancés et notre logiciel de planification pour développer des prévisions fiables et définir les niveaux de stocks appropriés pour tous les sites internationaux. Mesurer et expliquer les écarts entre les prévisions et les ventes réelles, et proposer des actions correctives en collaboration avec les équipes concernées. Préparer et animer des réunions de planification avec les responsables marketing, en mettant l'accent sur les transitions de marque, les lancements de nouveaux produits et les initiatives promotionnelles. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus de planification existants pour accroître l'efficacité et la fiabilité des prévisions. Créer et maintenir une documentation complète et des procédures opérationnelles standard pour les systèmes et processus de planification de la demande. Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du processus SIOP, tels que la précision des prévisions, et établir des rapports réguliers ainsi que les présenter aux business leaders. Faciliter et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques, process, outils SIOP au sein des différentes fonctions, y compris la planification de la demande, la gestion des stocks, les achats, les ventes et le marketing, les opérations, les finances et les technologies de l'information, pour assurer une amélioration continue des processus et une standardisation. Piloter et optimiser le cycle de vie des produits, de la commercialisation à l’obsolescence, en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et marketing. Management d’une équipe. Profil requis : Bac 5 en Logistique / Supply Chain 8 ans d'expérience d’une organisation matricielle dans un environnement multinational Expérience en système Oracle/SAP ou ERP similaire POWERBI Expérience en système de planification (Kinaxis) Niveau d’anglais (C1) Expert des process SIOP APICS certification certification Lean un Compétences en gestion de projet et capacités analytiques solides, axées sur les données, et compétences efficaces en communication. Connaissances et compétences informatiques en MS Excel, PowerPoint et Word. Excellent relationnel et sens de la diplomatie (négociation, pouvoir d’influence).
