In France, Autogrill employs 1,500 people in a network of 200 sales locations, spread over 50 multi-service establishments, mainly in motorway service areas and shopping malls. Dufry France SA is a company specializing in retail at airports in France and the French Overseas Territories. Our company is present in several airports across the country, offering a wide selection of luxury products, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewelry as well as travel souvenirs. About the role: The role involves overseeing the entire Human Resources strategy for our French operations, covering both Food & Beverage and Retail sectors. Responsibilities include union negotiations, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR Systems, compensation and benefits, learning and development, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, employment law reviews, labor market analysis, and communications. This position serves as a key advisor to the General Manager on people-related matters. Organizational structure: Reporting to: This role will be reporting to the Managing Director, France. Direct reports: 3 Direct Reports at managerial level and 11 indirect reports.Additional support of the HQ will be needed. Priorities for the next 2 years: Labor market / recruitment Initiatives. Retention, Productivity, labor cost. Wage and salary strategies. Unions Negotiation. Key accountabilities: Implement the strategy at HR level (Define and share the vision, define action plans, ensure monitoring and continuous improvement).Respond to requests on technical HR topics. Supervise the management of staff representative bodies (Ensure that the operation of the various staff bodies complies with legal obligations, define the social strategy, respond to technical questions). Compensation management (Propose/validate management salary developments). Talent management (Organize annual people reviews, monitor detected talents). Legal and social monitoring (Keep informed of legal and jurisprudential developments). Project management (Identify HR impacts and ensure the deployment of determined actions). Simplification of processes and procedures (Identify existing processes, map, define areas for improvement, break down these areas into projects, manage projects). Social risk management (Supervise the management of crisis situations, ensure the management of sensitive situations). Monitoring HR indicators (Analyze reports to determine priority actions). Innovation (identify actions and be a driving force for proposals). Relations with external partners (Represent the company with external partners/suppliers). Collective negotiations (Prepare, lead and define objectives, inform of the results of negotiations). Participate in AVOLTA group projects. Key stakeholders: General Manager Labor Unions. External Lawyers. France Management team. Regional HR manager Diverse authorities in France. What you will bring to the company: Minimum of 10 years progressive human generalist resources. Experience with more than five years at senior management level in a high-volume environment. Fluent in both French and English.Knowledge and effects of labor costs. Experience working with Work Councils. Stakeholder management skills. People management / development skills.
