Warehouse Manager

Duties and responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods Inventory control : Ensure accurate inventory management, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels Team leadership: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs Quality Assurance: Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods meet quality standards and comply with company policies Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to workplace safety standards, conducting regular audits and addressing risks promptly Performance Monitoring: Track warehouse KPIs, generate reports, and identity areas for improvement Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations Budget Management: Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective operations Desired Experience & Qualification: Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a warehouse management or TakeAlot logistics role Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software Strong leadership skills Familiarity with the Health and Safety Act
