Job Description
A well-established company based in Epping, Cape Town, is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Sales Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing & implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our sales efforts. Identify and contact new business opportunities/leads. Duties / Responsibilities (but not limited to): · Content creation · Develop, execute, and manage social media platforms & manage bulk email campaigns · Identify new business opportunities and lead generation · Reaching out to potential customers · Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and social media goals. · Familiarizing yourself with new products as they are introduced. Experience, skills & minimum requirements · At least 2 years experience in similar role (including sales or customer service) · Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar. · Excellent knowledge of social media platforms · Be able to design and create content · Strong communication & customer service skills · Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Work pro-actively & use own initiative · Clear criminal and credit record.
