We are looking for WMS Technical Support Lead who wants to learn and transform their career. In this role you will: Support Critical Supply Chain and Warehouse management applications, including BY and Red Prairie WMS solutions. Solutioning and development of functionality changes. Customer coordination to understand issues and requirements. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Possess strong expertise in WMS products. Ideal if you have: Understanding of BY-Warehouse, Red Prairie-WMS, and supply chain processes. Good to Have: Experience with Oracle Forms and PLSQL. What do we offer? Health insurance.
