Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reception duties Provide professional customer service over the counter telephone and email Handle internal sales inquiries and order processing Accurately capture and manage data using computer systems Assist with stock control and inventory management Work collaboratively with the team to support sales and administrative functions Criteria: Matric Previous experience in internal sales or a similar customer service role Ability to work effectively as part of a team Attention to detail and good organizational skills Fluent in English with a good command of Afrikaans Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and data management systems A positive team player, able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment Reside near Epping or within a reasonable commuting distance
