Regional Manager

Reporting to the General Manager Purpose of Job: Responsible for the overall growth strategy, sales and profitability of five branch operations in KwaZulu Natal. Key areas of responsibility will include: Attainment of the sales budget for the KZN Region Planning and implementing of sales strategies Maintain customer service levels Preservation of company assets and inventory Motivate staff Develop the capabilities and skills of the staff compliment Ensure good corporate governance aligned with the company New Business Development for the Region Qualifications and experience: A management qualification or equivalent management experience Sound knowledge of hydraulics products 5 years management experience A strong sales and business development focus Exceptional communication, motivational and people management skills Experience in the management of assets, budgets, expenses and profitability Ability to travel regionally.
