Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Process and manage claims across various insurance product lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with clients, hospitals, doctors, insurers and third parties to facilitate seamless claims handling. Ensure compliance with insurance policies, industry regulations, and company standards. Utilize Discovery, Momentum, Old Mutual, Sanlam, Hollard, PPS, Medihelp, Bonitas, Bestmed, Stratum, Zestlife and Liberty websites and to manage claims efficiently. Maintain and update client information on Zoho Desk and AtWork CRM sytem. Provide excellent customer service and support clients throughout the claims process. Proactively follow up on outstanding claims and escalate issues where necessary. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the claims process. Requirements: Financial planning support experience, RE5 certification, and wealth management experience are advantageous but not required. Must have at least 3 years prior experience in the insurance industry. Proficiency in using Discovery, Momentum, Old Mutual, Sanlam, Hollard, PPS, Medihelp, Bonitas, Bestmed, Stratum, Zestlife and Liberty websites. Strong working knowledge of Zoho Desk and AtWork CRM sytem. Proactive and takes initiative. Energetic and detail oriented. Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
