Job Description
REQUIREMENTS Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous 5 - 10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or large teams Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly desirable, of trends, customer preferences, and seasonal demands Willingness to travel frequently, as the role often involves visiting multiple store locations Flexibility to work during peak retail periods, such as holidays or sales seasons Demonstrated experience in staff management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior management, store teams, and external partners Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and data analysis tools. Prior experience with ERPLY software system a significant bonus DUTIES Reporting to the Managing Director Drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and improve store performance Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost profitability Motivate teams, including Store Managers and Sales Associates Hiring, training, and developing talent within the stores Manage budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability across a group of stores Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives Understanding of the retail fashion industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions Delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience across multiple locations Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
