Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with 20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a CRM Specialist Responsibilities Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business strategy and stakeholder needs. Manage the product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of features and improvements. Work closely with development, IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure the efficient implementation of solutions in Salesforce, Heroku, Marketing Cloud, and AWS. Ensure the proper integration of systems and digital platforms. Facilitate communication between business and technology teams, ensuring all stakeholders understand the product's objectives and scope. Guarantee quality and compliance with standards in deliveries. Requirements Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technology projects. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce, Heroku, Marketing Cloud, and AWS. Ability to interact with business teams, vendor management, and IT technical teams. Experience in agile methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of integration strategies and enterprise system architecture.
