Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of baked goods, including pastries, bread, and cakes. - Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and presentation. - Assist in managing inventory and ensuring a clean, organized workspace. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflows. - Contribute creative ideas for new products and seasonal offerings. Qualifications: - No prior baking experience required; a willingness to learn is essential. - Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills and a positive attitude. - Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
