Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential home Leading and motivating the care team to ensure exceptional care is delivered Supporting staff development and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Working collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals Participating in on-call duties and working alternate weekends as required Requirements: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a similar care setting NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum requirement) Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for high-quality care and a commitment to improving the lives of residents Ability to manage and support staff in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £16 per hour 37.5-hour contract with Monday to Friday shifts Opportunity to work alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview) On-call duties with additional support and development opportunities A rewarding role in a supportive and friendly environment within an award-winning company If you are interested in this role, please apply with your most up to date CV.
