Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day - 4x10 - 8AM to 6PM - 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in diagnostic and interventional cath lab License: Registered Nursing License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Experience in cardiac catheterization procedures Job Description: - Provide care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) insertion, and Impella insertion. - Manage and assist with the insertion of temporary pacemakers. - Administer moderate sedation as required. - Participate in on-call duties, which include one night per week and one weekend per month (Friday 5pm - Monday 7am). - Demonstrate proficiency in procedural cath lab nursing responsibilities. - Collaborate effectively with fellow medical staff in the cardiac cath lab environment.
