If the request exceeds 4 consecutive days, an additional week will be added to the contract. - One major holiday off may be allowed during the winter season, specifics to be confirmed per job/unit. - Auto offers must be accepted without an interview if turned on for the unit/job. - Block schedule or schedule restrictions cannot be requested. - Candidates must have two satisfactory professional references from recent employers, including one supervisor/manager and one charge RN. - Candidates must live 50 miles or more from the hospital to be eligible. - Candidates may be required to float within the hospital, and travelers are the first to float. - Return travelers must be away for at least 6 months before returning. - Extensions allow for one contract extension before a mandatory 6-month break. - Non-billable modules are factored into orientation hours, which total 24 hours.
