Job Description
Duties: Staff management: Hire and support staff, create schedules, and review performance Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote services and attract new clients Customer service: Develop and implement customer service standards, and ensure client feedback is used to improve services Budgeting: Review budgets and ensure the spa meets its revenue targets Inventory management: Manage inventory of beauty, bath, and treatment products Compliance: Ensure the spa complies with health and safety regulations Training: Oversee staff training so that everyone knows their jobs and roles Business development: Create and implement a business development plan Spa treatments: Perform spa treatments, massages, facials, and wellness therapies Requirements: Grade 12 A formal nationally recognised Degree or Diploma. Additional managerial, business or self-development courses At least 7 years experience in the Spa industry with at least 2 years in a Spa Management role Experienced with spa management software management Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and professional email etiquette. Outstanding customer service skills Leadership and team management experience Understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies Staff management skills & experience Retail Management skills
