Inside sales analyst

The Inside Sales department is responsible for the acquisition and follow-up of all purchases until they are delivered to our warehouse. We're committed to ensuring quality, agility, and excellence to our internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Check, quote, and process international POs. Monitor the supplier's logistics process to the Aloia Warehouse. Daily and incisive follow-up (by phone and e-mail) of all orders under your responsibility, including documentation and tracking numbers conference. Supplier certification analysis. Update of working tools and support for internal customers. Supplier development. Qualifications: Graduation in Administration, Foreign Trade, and related areas. Experience in aviation/in the aeronautical market will be considered an advantage. ITS PARAMOUNT Experience in purchasing/international logistics/imports. Fluent in Portuguese and English (oral and written). Organization. Sense of urgency. Focus. Proactivity. Objectivity. Clear and respectful communication. Flexibility to change processes and routines. Desire to learn and develop daily. Note It's a home office position, but meetings and training will be held in person. Other details like benefits and salary will be discussed during the interviews.
