Overview of the Accountant Role: Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger. Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end closings and ensure compliance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits. Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency. Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. 5 years of progressive accounting experience. CPA certification (preferred) and public accounting experience (preferred). Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
