Responsible for the effective management of a team of Talent Support Coordinators whose roles it is to support a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Lead, manage and coach the team, ensuring processes are adhered to, with activities including interview scheduling, tracking onboarding progress, and addressing any issues or delays. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partnering and Candidate Experience Partnering teams to a positive client and candidate experience. Key responsibilities: Day to day management of Talent Support Coordinators in Region: Manage and coach the team ensuring processes and best practice are adhered to in line with KPIs and SLAs Drive performance within the team, analyzing data to assess the efficiency of coordination efforts and support optimize recruitment processes across interview scheduling and onboarding Ensure smooth and time efficient coordination of interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates Lead the team to monitor candidate progress against the onboarding checklist, highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or missing information to ensure timely completion Guarantee the team are regularly communicating with candidates to update them on the progress of their onboarding, address any concerns, and prevent dropouts or delays Work with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure all onboarding activities are carried out efficiently, such as contract generation, facilities access requests, and orientation arrangements Step in and support the team in instances when volumes are high or a situation has been escalated Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers, Candidate Experience Team Lead, and other stakeholders to improve recruitment processes What you will bring: English AND German fluent. Basic knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts, ensuring all processes meet legal requirements. Experience managing candidate onboarding activities, including document collection, interview scheduling, offer generation, and orientation coordination. Management of a coordination team, involved in the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Support role, where the individual has been involved in the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. High-quality customer service, managing relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing documentation, and coordinating with multiple parties, ensuring efficient and organized operations. Engage with ownership and inclusivity.
