Job Description Fairmont Gold Attendant (Luxury Lounge Server) Fairmont Gold is a special place The personalized service provided as you greet your Guests at check-in or serve them in the private lounge will show them that you truly care. The luxury our Guests experience and the memories you make as a Fairmont Gold Server will create a sense of loyalty that will ensure their return. This is a full-time position and we have seasonal and permanent positions available. We are looking for candidates to start in June 2025 to stay with us until at least October 2025. Starting Rate of Pay: $21.00 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.55. Job Duties Include: Provide service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards. Develop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way. Provide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractions. Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards. Qualifications: Previous customer related and serving experience preferred. Food Safe Certification is required. Serving It Right Qualification required. Must possess a professional presentation.
