Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an exquisite pastry menu , ensuring variety and innovation. Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and artisanal baked goods . Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create seasonal offerings. Oversee ingredient selection, ensuring only the finest products are used. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry section. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring hygiene and quality control. Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end patisserie. Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating styles. A strong eye for detail and a passion for elevated presentation . Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and creativity. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards .
