Properties Support Consultant: Customer Service (AFRIKAANS Fluency) City Centre, Cape Town R15 0000 P/M Basic Per Month PLUS Performance Based Incentives & Pension Benefit Our client, a growing online travel business is currently expanding If you're the kind of person who wants a chance to excel in a customer service environment and also earn extra commission as a result, then this is the job for you One would describe you as being an energetic and professional individual who has a passion for customer service. You have a clear, confident and friendly telephonic manner, the ability to work well within a team, adapt to changes, learn quickly and handle difficult situations by being solutions driven. Main Purpose of the role will be to offer support to 33,000 properties, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities include : Effectively communicate and educate suppliers on procedures and policies. Assist suppliers with uploading and updating information on their profiles. Resolve issues or problems that may arise with suppliers. Complete tasks, projects, and targets with efficiency and professionalism Provide timely, effective support to hosts, ensuring a seamless experience. Build strong relationships with hosts, offering guidance on best practices for success. Monitor host performance and off er recommendations to improve results. Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features and service. Stay informed on industry trends to provide relevant support. Achieve performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Minimum skills and requirements: Minimum 2-3 years proven customer services experience gained Must be able to communicate fluently in both Afrikaans and English (Written & Verbal). Strong administrative, organising and planning skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent problem-solving skills Strong computer skills Working hours : Mon - Thurs: 07:00 - 16:00 / 08:00 - 17:00 & Fri: 07:00 - 15:00 / 08:00 - 16:00 (Working hours will be on rostering system) To apply, please forward a detailed copy of your CV to:
