Descrição da vaga Job Description The ServiceNow senior expert determines the best technical solutions and support to satisfy ESM (Enterprise service management) functional and business requirements. This position is responsible for: Activation and configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes Coach business users to create their own Services from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes Assisting in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing ServiceNow applications Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms Qualificações Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a comparable field Experience with ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator. Experience with development of ServiceNow Workflows, client and server-side scripting Experience with ServiceNow modules, mainly Customer Service Management (CSM). Further modules such as HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management or ITSM are an advantage. Deep Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices Deep Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc), JavaScript, Angular.js, and ServiceNow Service Portal Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Excellent presentation and communication skills; Ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management; Is a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic; Enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative and multicultural team / business environment.
