TravelNurseSource is working with MedCadre to find a qualified Rehab RN in Twin Falls, Idaho, 83301 Pay Information $2,050 to $2,150 per week About The Position Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehabilitation Location: Twin Falls, ID Unit: Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Type: Rehabilitation Care Setting: Acute Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Length: 12 hours Pay Median: $56.9/hr or $2050/week- $59.7/hr or $2150 based on 36 hours About Us: At Denken Solutions & MedCadre, we pride ourselves on being a premier US-based staffing agency, renowned for our dedication to excellence in the healthcare sector. Acute rehab experience is a plus but not mandatory. Charge nurse experience is required for night charge nurses. Certifications: BLS required. License: Active RN license to practice in the state of Idaho. BSN: Not required. Unit Information: Number of Beds: 14 Nurse-Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 during the day, 1:7 at night. Common Diagnoses/Patient Types: Stabilized strokes (1-2 days post-stroke), brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, orthopedic conditions, multitrauma, neuro (Parkinson's, MS, Guillain Barre). Required Skills: Must be comfortable with first-time travel assignments. Experience in MedSurg required, and acute rehab experience is desirable. Charting System: EpicCare Inpatient EMR. Additional Information: Charge Nurse Availability: Available during the day. At night, the traveler may serve as the charge nurse if there is only one RN on shift. Team Structure: The team works closely together, with RNs expected to assist CNAs, answer call lights, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Float Requirements: Nurses may float to other units if they have MedSurg experience or be assigned as a sitter. Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend. Holiday Requirements: May be required to work on holidays if needed. Unit Notes: Respiratory Support: CPAP and BiPAP managed by RT, RNs may need to troubleshoot. Team Conferences: Nurses are not required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab. Nurse Aides: 1:08 nurse-to-aide ratio.
