Director of Global Logistics

Job Description Job Description Robert Half is seeking a talented leader in the e-commerce Logistics world with Global operations experience. You will oversee data management, system integrations, logistics, and inventory operations. We are looking for an experienced individual that is local to the Freehold, NJ area. Responsibilities: • Oversee real-time inventory tracking and logistics flow. • Ensure system integration and data automation are functioning optimally. • Communicate with warehouses, carriers (UPS/FedEx), and internal teams. • Identify efficiency improvements and drive cost reductions. • Monitor performance metrics, data accuracy, and software improvements. • Manage 10-15 individuals spread across 3 teams Requirements: • Senior leadership in logistics, data, and system integration. • Experience with SellerCloud, ERP, WMS, automation tools. • Strong background in forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain management. • Proven ability to streamline operations and lead cross-functional teams.
