Your Mission: As our HR Coordinator/Admin, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations in France, supporting the HR Manager in delivering seamless HR services to employees across three brilliant brands; Wireless Logic France, Matooma, and IoThink. You’ll play a key role in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience. This isn’t just about administrative tasks—it’s about making a real impact. You’ll help create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Your mission? To ensure smooth HR operations, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and support the HR Manager in driving strategic initiatives. Your Daily Quest: HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and preparing HR documents (contracts, addendums, and correspondence). Working with Group HR as needed, which may require running reports and sending data files on an ad hoc basis Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped to succeed. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation. Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and accurate information on policies, benefits, and procedures. Escalating more complex issues. Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with French labor laws and WL Gorup policies, keeping up to date with legal changes and supporting audits when required. Payroll & Benefits: Assist finance with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management (maternity, paternity, sick leave, etc.). HR Projects: Support the HR Manager in implementing local and Group HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process automation. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, generating reports and analytics to support decision-making. Event Coordination: Help organize HR-related events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, wellness programs; and company parties (Summer Party, French Anniversary, Christmas Party). The Secret Sauce: 2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment. Basic knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Lucca, HiBob, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English. A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for supporting people and processes.
