Job Description
REPONSIBILITIES NETWORK EXPANSION & OPTIMIZATION Develop and execute strategies for expanding the dealership network in target markets. Identify and evaluate potential new dealership locations based on market research, demographic data, and sales potential. Manage the selection process for new dealers, including assessing applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating agreements. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Monitor and assess the performance of existing dealerships, ensuring they meet sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets. Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming dealerships. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of dealerships to ensure compliance with OEM standards and policies. STRATEGIC PLANNING & MARKET ANALYSIS Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitive landscapes to inform network development strategies. Develop long-term strategic plans for the dealer network, aligning with the OEM's overall business objectives. Prepare reports and presentations on network performance and development strategies for senior management. DEALER SUPPORT & RELAIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, serving as the primary point of contact for network-related issues. Provide guidance and support to dealers on best practices, business development, and market opportunities. Facilitate communication between the OEM and dealers, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives. STANDARD & COMPLIANCE Ensure that all dealerships adhere to the OEM's branding, operational, and customer service standards. Oversee the implementation of corporate policies and programs across the dealer network. Manage the renewal and termination of dealer agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Develop and implement training programs for dealership management to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Organize workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities for dealers to enhance their understanding of the brand, products, and market strategies. Support dealers in implementing new technologies and processes that improve their operations and customer experience. FINANCIAL HEALTH Work with dealers to review and analyze financial statements, ensuring the financial health of the dealership network. Provide recommendations for improving profitability and operational efficiency at individual dealerships. Oversee the financial aspects of network expansion, including budgeting and forecasting for new dealership developments. REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. EXPERIENCE At least 8-10 years work experience within an automotive company 3-5 years of experience in dealer network developmenT Sales management or related field in the automotive industry SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in market analysis and financial management. Ability to negotiate and manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations.
