Service Manager

Key requirement Post secondary education in a related field (automotive technology, business administration) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a dealership environment with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role Excellent leadership and management skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance principles Familiarity with dealership management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team work Key responsibility Manage the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, workload management and resource allocation Supervise and mentor advisors to ensure excellent customer service and accurate repair estimates Oversee the work of technicians, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard Communicate with customers to provide repair updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectation How to apply
