To perform consistently with the highest level of quality and exceed customer expectations to deliver exceptional value. Cooperate and collaborate daily with customers, internal departments and affiliates. Receive and handle all third-party orders. Receive and handle all orders for the respective Quaker Houghton affiliates Ensure that EMEA/local Supply Chain is informed on all details enabling in time planning, production and customer delivery. Discuss and define production and delivering options with internal departments and provide customers, sales employees the necessary information about orders, shipment and delivery dates. Receive, prepare, send and follow upon all Requests for quotations Maintain up to date work and customer instructions, policies & procedures. Ensure compliance to the execution of commercial SLA’s, contracts or other type of agreements. Monitor and archive the correct Delegation of Authority Ensure AUDIT compliance, support audits (internal and external). Produce compliant shipping documents for Export orders and liaise with transport providers regarding logistics of shipments Monitor FCA shipments within the EU to ensure correct VAT requirements are met Any Customer Service related tasks required to assist the needs of the business What are we looking for? Experience: Solid experience in a similar role in an international export operations environment within the manufacturing sector. IT knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. ERP knowledge is highly valued. Languages: English and French professional level spoken and written is a must. Soft skills : Customer oriented with good prioritization skills. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work at all levels within the business. Good organizational skills with the ability to work to tight timescales. Results focused and the ability to take ownership of tasks Who are we?
