SAP Project Manager - SAP FICO/S/4 HANA Module

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementations, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices. - Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Coordinate and manage internal and external resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts and ensuring team alignment. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams. - Ensure the SAP FICO and S/4HANA solutions align with business needs and industry standards. - Provide expert advice and guidance on SAP best practices and methodologies. - Ensure proper configuration and testing of the SAP system. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing deviations from the project plan. - Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments to ensure continuous improvement. - Manage go-live activities, and post go-live support. - Provide regular and accurate project status reports to senior management. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports. Required Skills and Experience : - 8 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a focus on SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementations. - Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end SAP projects. - Strong understanding of SAP FICO and S/4HANA modules and functionalities. - Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications : - PMP or other relevant project management certifications. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects. - Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
