Role : ServiceNow Business Analyst Experience : 5 to 8 Years Location : Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Trivandrum / Kochi / Noida (Pan India) Notice Period : 15-20 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred) Interview Process : 1st Round - Virtual, Final Round - Face-to-Face at Office About the Job : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules. This position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and : Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering : - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements related to ServiceNow applications. - Gather, document, and analyze user stories, use cases, and functional requirements. - Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. - Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development and implementation. ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration : - Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Identity Access Management (IAM), workflows, and other relevant applications. - Assist in testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations. - Contribute to the development of test plans and test scripts. ServiceNow Workflow Management : - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows to automate and streamline business processes. - Optimize existing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. - Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues. Identity Access Management (IAM) Support : - Apply knowledge of IAM concepts to implement and support related modules in ServiceNow. - Work with relevant teams to ensure correct IAM processes are being followed within the ServiceNow platform. Project Management & Collaboration : - Participate in project planning and execution, adhering to project timelines and milestones. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and stakeholders. - Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and status. Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the ServiceNow platform. - Provide suggestions for improvements to existing systems. Must-Have Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow applications and features. - Proven experience in ServiceNow workflow design and implementation. - Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) related processes and modules within ServiceNow. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to work within tight deadlines. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) : - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist). - Experience with ITIL framework. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript). - Experience in other modules of ServiceNow such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
