Solution Consultant - MS Dynamics/CRM

Location: Bangalore Experience: 7 years We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant / Functional Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure Services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to align with evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities : 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and workflows. Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit and document requirements. 2. Solution Design & Implementation : Translate business needs into functional specifications. Design solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 standard functionalities while identifying areas for customization. Configure and customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards. Lead or assist in deployment and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. 3. Integration & Data Management : Plan and oversee system integrations (ERP, CRM, third-party applications). Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across systems. 4. Training & Support : Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate adoption. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-implementation issues. 5. Documentation & Compliance Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations for future reference. Required Skills and Competencies : 1. Technical & Product Knowledge : Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module. Strong understanding of Power Platform and Azure Services. Familiarity with data models, system architecture, and integration points. 2. Industry & Domain Experience : Experience in the automotive industry is a plus for understanding sector-specific requirements. 3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to assess complex business processes and design effective solutions. 4. Communication & Stakeholder Management : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. 5. Project & Change Management : Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Ability to manage timelines, tasks, and user adoption effectively. Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment. (ref:hirist.tech)
