Job Summary : Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead - ERPNext Developer to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive development and functional experience in ERPNext, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and project management. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our ERPNext system, ensuring it aligns with our business requirements and drives operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership on ERPNext Development and Customization: - Design, develop, and implement ERPNext modules, customizations, and integrations based on detailed business requirements. - Customize and configure existing ERPNext functionalities to optimize organizational processes and workflows. - Develop and maintain custom scripts, reports, and workflows within the ERPNext framework. Team Leadership and Project Management: - Lead a team of ERPNext developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. - Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Coordinate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Testing and Quality Assurance : - Perform comprehensive system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system quality and reliability. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs, providing timely and effective resolutions. Technical Documentation and Support: - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and development specifications. - Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to the ERPNext system. - Create training material and conduct trainings for end users. System Optimization and Maintenance : - Monitor ERPNext system performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement. - Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features, modules, and technologies, recommending system enhancements and best practices. - Manage and maintain the ERPNext server and databases. Database and Server Management : - Experience with database management systems, preferably MariaDB or MySQL. - Hands-on experience with hosting web applications on Apache or NGINX. - Experience with Frappe-based Web and Mobile App development. Requirements : - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an ERPNext Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and concepts. - Extensive proficiency in ERPNext development, including customization, configuration, and integration. - Strong understanding of OOP concepts and full-stack development. - Proficiency in Python and JavaScript. - Experience with Frappe framework. - Experience with database management systems (MariaDB or MySQL). - Hands-on experience with web server management (Apache or NGINX). - Experience in creating and consuming API's. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. - Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment. - Street smart and ability to learn quickly. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with cloud-based ERPNext deployments. - Knowledge of other ERP systems. - Experience with GIT. - Experience with ERPNext Version 14 and beyond. - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
