Solution/Technical Architect - CRM Integration

Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned Solution Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing comprehensive, end-to-end custom development solutions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and scalability of our applications. This role demands a proactive leader who can maintain the functional interface to the application infrastructure and drive technological excellence. Key Responsibilities : - Architectural Design : Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient applications that span multiple platforms and integrate various software packages. - Performance Optimization : Ensure applications meet high-performance standards, focusing on availability and scalability to support business growth and continuity. - Infrastructure Interface : Maintain and enhance the functional interface between applications and the underlying infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and operation. - Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice adherence. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Quality Assurance : Oversee the implementation of rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to deliver defect-free and reliable software solutions.
