Java Technical Lead - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Technical Lead to join our team in Navi Mumbai or Chennai. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive budget of up to 21.00 LPA/INR. In this role, you will lead a team of Java developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions for our banking clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices to drive project success. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects within timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team. - Manage team workload and ensure timely delivery of tasks. - Lead and ensure projects are delivered in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks. - Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. - Review functional and technical specification documents. - Design and develop robust and scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. - Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Apply knowledge of banking projects, including corporate banking, retail banking, and internet banking. - Understand and analyze banking requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure projects are in compliance with Software Quality Processes and standards. - Implement and maintain quality assurance processes. - Conduct testing and ensure the reliability and performance of applications. - Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including business analysts, product managers, and clients. - Provide regular project status updates and reports. - Address stakeholder concerns and ensure satisfaction. - Experience in ADMS, ensuring efficient application development and maintenance support. Requirements : Experience : - 7 years of experience in Java development. - 2 years of team handling experience. - Experience in banking projects (corporate, retail, internet banking). - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. - Experience with relational databases and SQL. - Familiarity with Agile Understanding of ADMS processes.
