IT Support Engineer - Mac OS/Windows OS

Role : IT Support Engineer. Experience : 5-6 years. Roles & Responsibilities : - Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows and MacOS systems, including hardware and software issues. - Manage and resolve escalated IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. - Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. - Troubleshoot network-related issues including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN setups, and wireless network configurations. - Perform system patching, updates, and routine health checks to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure. - Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and ensure proper access control. - Support email services, including Microsoft Exchange, Outlook configurations, and troubleshooting. - Ensure proper deployment and integration of security tools, adhering to company IT policies and standards. - Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, software licensing, and procurement coordination. - Document incident resolutions, technical procedures, and infrastructure configurations for knowledge sharing. - Provide remote and onsite support to end-users, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution and hardware replacements. - Mentor and guide junior IT team members on troubleshooting processes and IT best practices.
