.Net Application Lead - C#/Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and test .NET applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery. - Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for efficient project management. - Provide technical expertise in .NET Core, microservices, and RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server). - Lead data design and management, including Data Lake/Data Mart implementations. - Identify and resolve development roadblocks, ensuring seamless project execution. - Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement suitable solutions, including API integrations. - Manage and mentor technical teams, driving performance and solution delivery. - Analyze integration requirements, evaluate vendors, and oversee implementation. - Document technical specifications, define system architecture, and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Work closely with multiple stakeholders and vendors to streamline integration and testing. - This role requires strong .NET expertise with BFSI domain experience to drive innovation and compliance in financial technology solutions. - Expertise in .NET Core and Oracle programming. - Managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals. - Driving innovation while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
