Lead SAP IBP Consultant

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Manage and execute end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects, with a focus on Demand and Supply Planning. - Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. - Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions to meet business needs. - Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment. - Apply advanced Time Series Analysis techniques to improve forecast accuracy and demand planning processes. - Develop and maintain demand planning models and algorithms within SAP IBP. - Utilize key figure calculations and statistical methods to analyze historical data and generate forecasts. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). - Apply knowledge of the SCOR model to enhance supply chain efficiency. - Integrate demand and supply plans to optimize inventory levels and service levels. - Leverage SAP HANA capabilities for data analysis and performance optimization. - Develop and maintain key figure calculations and planning algorithms. - Utilize Excel VBA for SAP to enhance reporting and data manipulation. - Provide guidance and expertise in APO to IBP migration projects. - Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants. - Provide clear and concise communication to all project stakeholders. - Mentor and guide junior team members. - Apply industry best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations, particularly in Process and Discrete industries. - Basic understanding of SAP PP or SD. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support. - Deep understanding of all SAP IBP modules, with expertise in IBP for Demand and Supply. - Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations (excluding rollouts). - Strong expertise in Time Series Analysis and Demand Planning. - Proficiency in SAP HANA, key figure calculations, and planning algorithms. - Experience with S&OP and end-to-end supply chain planning processes. - Familiarity with the SCOR model. - Experience with APO to IBP Migrations. - Basic understanding of SAP PP or SD. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in1 a remote environment. - Experience with Excel VBA for SAP. Desired Skills : - Industry-specific experience in Process or Discrete manufacturing. - Technology agnosticism (ref:hirist.tech)
