SAP GR Consultant - WM/FI Modules

Key Responsibilities : - Implement and configure SAP Goods Receipt (GR) processes within the SAP MM module, adhering to best practices and business requirements. - Customize GR-related settings, including movement types, document types, and tolerance limits. - Conduct thorough testing of GR configurations and functionalities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Develop and maintain documentation for all GR related configurations and processes. - Ensure seamless integration of GR processes with other SAP modules, including Finance (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Quality Management (QM). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of GR processes. - Work with developers to design and implement custom solutions for specific GR requirements. - Analyze existing GR workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to streamline GR processes and enhance efficiency. - Provide day-to-day support for GR-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner. - Conduct user training and create user manuals for GR related processes. - Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Goods Receipt transactions. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. - Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks or performance issues. - - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP GR functionalities and best practices. - Share knowledge and expertise with team members and end-users. - Participate in SAP related projects and upgrades. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in SAP GR and Materials Management (MM) consulting and implementation. - - Strong understanding of SAP Goods Receipt processes, including goods receipt for purchase orders, stock transfers, and returns. - Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP GR functionalities. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules (FI, WM, QM). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with S/4HANA MM is a plus.
