SAP MM Consultant - Support & Implementation

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP MM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. - Configure and customize SAP MM modules to meet specific business requirements, focusing on Procurement, Inventory Management, and Material Requirement Planning (MRP). - Configure and utilize SAP Fiori for improved user experience. - Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement within the Procure-to-Pay cycle. - Develop and implement best practices for inventory management and supply chain optimization. - Optimize MRP processes to ensure efficient material planning and availability. - Integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules (SD, FICO) and external systems using EDI integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integration. - Integrate SAP MM with SAP Ariba. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP MM issues. - Perform system maintenance and upgrades as required. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP MM configurations and processes. - Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users. Required Skills and Experience : - 4-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant. - Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. - Strong knowledge of SAP MM core processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and MRP. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. - Proficiency in SAP Fiori for user interface optimization. - Experience with EDI integration for seamless data exchange. - Strong understanding of supply chain optimization principles. - Experience with SAP Ariba integration. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. Desired Skills : - Experience with advanced MRP techniques. - Knowledge of industry-specific SAP MM solutions. - Experience with project management methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
