SAP Lead - FICO Module

Key Responsibilities : - Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementation projects. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within defined parameters. - Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and best practices. - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Manage and coordinate the activities of cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional development. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations. - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, ensuring the solution aligns with business needs and industry standards. - Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP FICO and S/4HANA modules and functionalities. - Ensure the solution design and implementation meet business requirements and leverage best practices. - Provide guidance and expertise on SAP FICO and S/4HANA processes and configurations. - Ensure proper testing of the implemented solutions. - Ensure successful go-live and post-go-live support, minimizing disruptions to business operations. - Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. - Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure proper cutover planning and execution. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8 years of experience managing SAP implementation projects, with a focus on SAP FICO and S/4HANA. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - SAP project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. - Experience with S/4HANA conversions and greenfield implementations.
