Clarify CRM Solution Engineer - ClearBasic

We are seeking a Clarify CRM Solutions Engineer with experience in ClearBasic (scripting language) to maintain and enhance legacy Clarify CRM systems with expertise in ClearBasic programming. The ideal candidate will focus on troubleshooting, optimizing, and developing custom solutions to meet evolving business requirements while ensuring system stability and performance. This role requires in-depth knowledge of ClearBasic and Clarify architecture, even if from past experience, along with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : System Maintenance & Optimization : - Maintain and enhance Clarify CRM systems to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and workflow issues. - Implement performance optimizations and security enhancements to maintain system reliability. Customization & Development : - Develop custom solutions using ClearBasic programming to meet business requirements. - Enhance and modify existing Clarify applications, ensuring functionality aligns with evolving business needs. - Implement integration solutions with third-party applications and external systems. Collaboration & Communication : - Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to understand requirements and implement solutions. - Document system changes, enhancements, and troubleshooting steps for internal use. - Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth system operations and user adoption. Qualifications : - 3 years of experience in Clarify CRM system maintenance and ClearBasic programming. - Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Clarify-based applications. - Strong knowledge of database structures, SQL, and system integrations. - Experience with enterprise CRM workflows, configurations, and automation. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Experience : - Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and migration strategies. - Experience with cloud-based deployments and enterprise system integrations. - Exposure to DevOps methodologies for CRM system automation and continuous integration.
