Job Description

Job Description : Qualification : - Work experience in an IT Support Engineering role. - 3-4 years of experience in leading and managing support team. - Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with users. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic printer, networking related issues. - Hands on experience in using IT Support Help Desk tools like Fresh service, Service Now etc. - Hands on experience in managing 1000 Assets with Asset management tool. - Knowledge of remote access systems such as Any desk, TeamViewer, SCCM, RDC etc. - Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows/Mac OS. - Hands on experience in configuring and managing a Microsoft Azure Active Directory environment. - Hands on experience in configuring and managing firewall, wifi routers, switches and access points. - Knowledge on Azure AD, Azure Cloud, End point security, cloud concepts etc - Knowledge on Microsoft Modern Workplace, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, VC Devices/ - Strong customer service skills and follow ITIL framework. - Strong verbal communication & problem-solving skills - Able to work in fast-paced environment. Professional traits : - Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. - Ability to work with minimal supervision, independently and / or as a member of a team. - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate. Responsibilities : - Handling IT tickets raised by users through Freshservice Helpdesk tool. - Onboarding & Offboarding, install and configure computer systems and applications within the company. - Troubleshooting MDM/ MAM Related issues. - Asset Onboarding and Management through Asset Management tool - Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. - Set clear team goals. - Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals. - Delegate tasks and set deadlines. - Oversee day-to-day operation. - Monitor team performance and report on metrics. - Motivate team members. - Discover training needs and provide coaching. - Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. - Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. - Encourage creativity and risk-taking. - Suggest and organize team building activities (ref:hirist.tech)
