SAP SD/CS Consultant - S/4HANA Module

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/CS Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, configurations, and support. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and support SAP SD/CS modules in S/4HANA environment. - Gather business requirements and design solutions for order management, pricing, billing, and customer service processes. - Configure sales, distribution, and service-related processes within SAP. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SD/CS with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and PP. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP SD/CS and ensure smooth business operations. - Conduct user training and create documentation for key processes. - Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support for SAP projects. Required Skills & Experience : - 5 years of experience in SAP SD/CS with strong functional knowledge. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations. - Experience in integration with SAP MM, FI, and PP. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid model. - Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
