Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in the BFSI domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Retail and Corporate Banking, with expertise in Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, Account Opening, and Corporate Servicing of Payments, Loans, and Accounts. The role requires experience in Requirement Gathering, Functional Specification Documentation (FSD), and a solid understanding of Banking Accounting Concepts. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). - Work with business stakeholders to identify system requirements and functional needs. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into technical specifications. - Provide functional expertise in Retail and Corporate Banking processes. - Support Customer Onboarding, Account Opening, Mobile, and Internet Banking (Retail and Corporate). - Analyze business processes and map them to application functionalities. - Work on Corporate Servicing of Payments, Loans, and Accounts modules. - Apply accounting concepts in banking applications for reconciliation and reporting. - Perform Defect Analysis and identify functional gaps in applications. - Review and enhance the Regression Test Suite based on product functionality and customer usage. - Provide functional support to the QA team during the testing phase. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. - Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution. - Mentor junior Business Analysts on banking processes and documentation standards. - Foster a collaborative environment with the project team to meet delivery timelines. - Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure documentation of best practices. Required Skills & Expertise : - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain. - Functional knowledge of Retail and Corporate Banking. - Experience in Customer Onboarding, Account Opening, Payments, Loans, and Accounts. - Exposure to Digital Banking Platforms (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking). - Proficient in Requirement Gathering, BRD, FSD, and Use Case Documentation. - Strong knowledge of Accounting Concepts in Banking Systems. - Experience in Defect Analysis and Regression Test Suite Review. - Excellent understanding of functional flows and gap analysis. - Knowledge of Core Banking Systems (CBS) such as Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos, or T24. - Experience in Agile Methodologies. - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or HP ALM. - Basic knowledge of SQL Queries. - Banking certifications such as CBAP, CSM, or BA Certifications. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proactive and detail-oriented mindset. - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. - Opportunity to work on Digital Transformation projects in the BFSI domain. - Exposure to latest banking technologies and applications. - Collaborative work culture with career growth opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits package.
