Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, with experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance business processes. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, and implementations. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules. - Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. - Develop custom plugins, workflows, and business rules using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Azure Logic Apps. - Develop and optimize PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to support business needs. - Implement Dataverse (CDS) solutions for managing enterprise data and workflows. - Write, optimize, and manage Power Automate flows for process automation. - Manage and implement security roles, business units, and user access within Dynamics 365. - Perform data migration and ETL processes using SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Azure Data Factory. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning of Dynamics 365 solutions. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to junior developers. - Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies to drive innovation. Technical Skills Required : - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Modules : Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Custom Entities. - Power Platform : PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI. - Programming Languages : Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript for customizations. - Integration & APIs : Experience with OData, REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, and Azure Logic Apps. - Azure Services : Experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Blob Storage. - Dataverse (CDS) : Strong knowledge of managing and utilizing Common Data Service (CDS) for enterprise applications. - Customization & Plugins : Development of custom workflows, business rules, and plugins using C# and SDK. - Security & Compliance : Experience managing security roles, field security profiles, business units, and GDPR compliance. - Data Migration & ETL Tools : Experience with SSIS, KingswaySoft, Data Export Services, and Azure Data Factory. - CI/CD & DevOps : Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Reporting & Dashboards : Experience with Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and FetchXML Reports. - Testing & Debugging : Experience with Unit Testing, XrmToolBox, and Fiddler for debugging Dynamics 365 applications. Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 5 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation. - Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g, Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) is a plus. - Strong understanding of enterprise CRM solutions, customer engagement, and business process automation. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
