About the Job : As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. This role requires excellent project management skills, client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership. What You'll Be Doing : 1. Project Delivery Management : - Oversee the execution and delivery of enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines. - Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction. - Ensure projects adhere to organizational processes, methodologies, and best practices. 2. Client Relationship Management : - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and project success. 3. Team Leadership and Collaboration : - Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and a productive working environment. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure teams are motivated and supported to achieve project goals. 4. Risk and Issue Management - Identify potential project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies. - Resolve any issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines, costs, or quality. - Continuously monitor project progress to ensure risks are managed effectively. 5. Stakeholder Reporting - Provide regular project updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and senior management. - Highlight key achievements, risks, and upcoming milestones in a clear and concise manner. - Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned with project goals and outcomes. 6. Process Optimization - Continuously assess and improve project management processes and tools to drive efficiency and project delivery success. - Promote adherence to organizational standards and foster best practices within the team. - Encourage the adoption of innovative project management techniques and Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Experience : - 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise environments. - Proven track record of delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams. - Experience managing multiple clients and vendors in large-scale delivery ecosystems. Project Management Expertise : - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana. - Ability to manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively. Client & Vendor Management Skills :. - Strong client engagement, communication, and negotiation skills. - Experience managing vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics. - Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with external partners. - Soft Skills, Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What we need to see : - Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master. - Experience with large-scale IT implementations, SaaS, or enterprise IT solutions. - Familiarity with budget management, financial reporting, and vendor management.
