Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Role : Blue Yonder OMS Commits Product Manager. Company Name : Willware Technologies. Work Mode : Remote / Full-time. Experience : 6 Years. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Blue Yonder OMS "Commits" module, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. - Define product vision, strategy, and priorities based on market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive landscape. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements. - Serve as the subject matter expert for the Blue Yonder OMS "Commits" module, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients. - Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. - Monitor and analyze module performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. - Oversee the integration of Blue Yonder OMS with various systems, including ERP, WMS, TMS, and logistics platforms. - Ensure seamless data flow and process integration across all systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with technical teams. - Utilize SQL, APIs, and data analysis tools to monitor system performance and identify trends. - Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders. - Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and business teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. - Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders. - Gather and document detailed product requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials. - Proactively identify and resolve product issues and challenges. - Optimize order promising and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Work to ensure optimal real time inventory management within the commits product. Required Skills & Experience : - Proven experience as a Product Manager in Blue Yonder OMS, with a strong focus on the "Commits" module. - Deep understanding of order promising, real-time inventory management, and fulfillment optimization. - Hands-on experience with OMS integrations (ERP, WMS, TMS, and logistics platforms). - Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and data analysis tools for performance monitoring and troubleshooting. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. - Excellent analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and business teams. - Experience with cloud-based OMS solutions and familiarity with Blue Yonder Luminate is a plus. - 6 years of relevant product management experience. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of supply chain management principles. - Experience with user experience (UX) design and usability testing. - Knowledge of microservices architecture.
